I grow weary of seeing Orion in so many bright, bloated, and unnatural colors. It took about 9 hours over two nights on this one. Some bizarre light banding came out in the processing that I attempted to remove but overall I'm happy with the effort. In spirit of not "killing Orion" with too much processing, I tried to be mindful of my histograms and clipping when processing to try and get a more "true to life" photo. For reference, my SII channel with zero processing other than a stretch is below the full color image. Takahashi FSQ 106 EDX4 (reduced to F/3) 6200 MM, Chroma 3nm Filters AM5
