Needing to lift a heavy telescope on my pier

Hey all, 

After an update of the mount in my observatory and now need to get the 14 inch F8 SCT on top it's new mount, but the top of the versa plate is right at 6 feet high.

Besides, just trying to manhandle that scope up there. how is everyone else mounting their scopes onto the plate?
