ASIAIR update V2.3

ZWO has released the public beta version of ASIAIR V2.3, good for the ASIAIR, ASIAIR Plus, and ASIAIR Pro - offering several new features and optimizations for users. The update supports ZWO CAA rotation control and enables users to GoTo targets at specific angles in SkyAtlas, as well as set the target shooting angle in Plan mode. Additionally, when using CAA, the software will now automatically optimize frame angles when building mosaic groups in Plan mode.

Other new features include a Device Lock option, a ZWO ASIMount EQ/AzAlt mode switch, the ability to clear sequences in Autorun Mode, an ASIMount firmware update feature, and a storage formatting function. The update also introduces a feature where the FITS file name for SLR cameras records ISO and temperature information by default.

The release includes several optimizations, such as improved UI and help tips, and enhancements to comet GoTo accuracy. It also addresses several bug fixes, including the resolution of occasional image abnormalities with the ASI2600MC Air camera, black screen issues in video mode, and crashes in DSO Stack. Other fixes address the EAF returning to its initial position after autofocus failure and several other known issues.
