A rare planetary alignment will light up the pre-dawn sky on June 3, 2024. Six planets-Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune - will line up in a stunning display. Best viewed 20 minutes before sunrise, this celestial event offers a unique opportunity for skywatchers to see multiple planets at once. Don't miss this rare sight!

When the planets will align?

The alignment of the planets will occur on the morning of June 3, 2024. This celestial event will also be visible a couple of days before and after June 3rd, providing some flexibility for observation????.

When can I see the planet parade?

To see the planet parade, look towards the eastern horizon approximately 20 minutes before sunrise on June 3rd. Ensure you have a clear view of the horizon and minimal light pollution for the best experience. Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn will be visible to the naked eye, while Uranus and Neptune will require binoculars or a telescope????.

How rare is a planet parade?

Planetary alignments involving two to four planets are relatively common and occur several times a year. The next opportunities to witness similar alignments will be on August 28, 2024, January 18, 2025, and February 28, 2025. The February 2025 alignment is particularly noteworthy because it will include all seven traditional planets visible to the naked eye????.
