M17, the Swan or Omega Nebula. Imaged from Joshua Tree National Partk with my FSQ106N and ST-2000xm. 100 minutes of luminance, unbinned.

This is 3 hours of IC 405 and IC 410 I shot at Joshua Tree National Park when I had my old stl-11000. This is 9 20 minute frames od Ha, unbinned and self guided with the stl-11000.

NGC 6979, Pickering's Triangle, part of the Veil supernova remnant complex. This is 540 mins (9 hours) of unbinned Ha with the Tak TOA130 and ST2000xm on an NJP mount. 4 second guide exposures with an AT66 semi-apo. (27) 20 minute subs. Imaged from Redlands, California on the nights of August 13,15,16,17,18, 2008. Waxing gibbous and Full Moon was up during these exposures.

Death of a Star--Part of the Veil supernova remnant, NGC 6992. Imaged with my FSQ106N and ST2000xm camera from Joshua Tree National park. 60 minutes of Ha, unbinned.

CED 214, a large emission nebula in the constellation of Cepheus. TOA130 with flattener and ST2000xm camera. Imaged on September 19, 2007, from Redlands, Ca. 230 minutes of unbinned Ha data.

NGC 6888, the Crescent Nebula in Cygnus--a planetary nebula surrounding a Wolf-Rayet star. A planetary nebula is a shell of gas that has been shed by a star late in its lifetime It's distance is about 5,000 light years. Imaged on June 11, 2007 from Redlands, Ca., with my TOA130 with reducer/NJP mount and ST2000xm camera with Astrodon Ha filter. 160 minutes unbinned Ha filter only. Hopefully I can capture some SII and OIII data to make a narrowband color image this summer.

NGC 6946, a spiral galaxy in Cepheus, with NGC 6939, an open star cluster nearby. Imaged from Joshua Tree National Park, California, on April 17, 2007, with my Takahashi FSQ-106N riding on an EM-200 mount. The camera was an ST-2000xm. 3 hours of unbinned luminance only.

NGC 4725 in Coma Berenices, the "One Armed Galaxy". Imaged from Redlands, Ca., on May 10 and 11, 2007, with my Takahashi TOA130 with reducer on the NJP mount. 180 minutes of unbinned luminance only with the ST2000xm camera.

M63, the Sunflower Galaxy. Imaged from Redlands, Ca., on April 11 and 13, 2008. TOA130 with Reducer, ST2000xm on NJP mount. 340 minutes of lum only, unbinned (5.6 hours), 10 minute subs--guided with E-finder/remote guide head combo.

IC 443, the Jellyfish Nebula in Gemini. This is the Ha frame (200 minutes) of this galactic supernova remnant. Imaged Jan 12-15, 2008, from Redlands, Ca., with the FSQ106N/ST2000xm combo riding on the tak NJP. 10 frames of 20 mins each unbinned.
IC 1848, part of the "Soul Nebula" in Cassiopeia, 160 minutes of Ha imaged on January 14-15, 2008 from Redlands, Ca. Imaged with FSQ106N and ST2000xm. This is dedicated to "Mousey" our loyal canine friend and family member of 13 years who passed on 1-15-2008.
